R Gregory CPA
Terms of Use
Last updated October 15, 2026
By using this website you agree to these terms. They’re written to be read: the most important one is that this site offers general information, not advice for your specific situation.
General information, not professional advice
The articles, tax calendar, reference tables and other content on this website are for general educational purposes. They are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and they may not reflect the most current law or your particular circumstances. Don’t act on anything here without getting advice for your own situation.
No accountant-client relationship
Using this website, calling, or emailing R Gregory CPA does not create an accountant-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement letter describing the services to be provided. Please don’t send confidential or time-sensitive information until then.
Tax calendar and form links
The tax calendar on the Resources page summarizes common federal and state deadlines for calendar-year filers. It doesn’t cover every situation, and dates can change. Form links go to official government websites, which we don’t control. Confirm deadlines with the IRS or your state, or ask us.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or copy its content in bulk for commercial use.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and content on this website belong to R Gregory CPA or its licensors. You’re welcome to share links and to print pages for your own use. Please ask before republishing content.
Links to other websites
Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, R Gregory CPA makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of its content and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: rgregorycpa@gmail.com.
